Fatty Liver can be reversed through diet and exercise.

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver for the 3 years during my annual medical checkup.

I started a low carb diet (avoiding bread, sugar, noodles, rice, etc) and home workouts 2 to 3 times a week from last year dec.

This year's annual medical checkup says my fatty liver is no more flex.gif rclxm9.gif

Cholesterol and Triglycerides also improved a lot.

will oat help to reduce cholestrol and fatty liver?
*
Bad news bro, oat is more than 50% carbs.
It is healthy carb but it is still carbo.

Don't think it can help you reduce cholesterol and fatty liver.
For breakfast eat hard boiled eggs, avocado, cheese. No bread.

Try changing your diet.
I don't want to take cholesterol medicine so I changed my diet.
Now I can confirm my diet works.
The doctor also say keep doing what I am doing.
