The most sensitive scan for fatty liver is actually a fibroscan.

Hope you don't mind I share the pic of your body here.  Don't worry I already "remove" your head.

Cannot help it.  Must share here to prove to all feihais that when there's a will there is a way.  Can become fit.

Why not you exercise and workout everyday.

Perhaps you can have your normal meal again but moderately.
*
Nowadays adding more carbs back already.
Now just maintaining my weight.
Not planning to lose more weight.

Can take all of it but need to control the amount and exercise regularly.
Intermittent fasting + apple cider vinegar helps a lot.
*
My wife and I have been taking apple cider vinegar everyday.
Don't know finished how many bottles already in the last 12 months.
Just bought another 6 bottles recently.

Boss, was your LDL of any concern to your doctor?

I've been on keto for almost 2 years and one meal a day for just over a year. Lost 85kg (160kg to 75kg). All on diet and just walking 3 times a week.

Just had my 1st bloodtest since my weight loss. Everything perfect, evrn improved my uric acid to normal level vs before my diet. Except ofcos the dreaded LDL. Lipid markers quite close to yours except my LDL is double 😶.

Total cholestrol 11.4
HDL 1.6
Triglycerides 0.7
LDL 9.4

My doctor say never seen anything like it and ask me better check my options like statins.  Oh damn

I've been reading and researching enough to know that recent science says overall LDL is not a predictive factor of disease, more so on high triglycerides and low HDL, but still, my LDL is wayyy off the charts.

Wow lost 85kgs !!!! shocking.gif
Fuuuuuuuhhhhhhh

Some cholesterol comes from the food you eat, and your liver makes more. It won’t dissolve in blood, so proteins carry it where it needs to go.
Most of the cholesterol in your body is LDL. The rest is high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or “good” cholesterol. HDL takes LDL to your liver, where it’s flushed out of your body. High HDL levels might protect against heart attacks and strokes.

What type of keto are you on?
Hopefully not the dirty keto type.

Maybe you need to up the level of intensity in your exercises.
When you exercise you need to get your heart rate pumping.

You can calculate your maximum heart rate by subtracting your age from 220. For example, if you're 45 years old, subtract 45 from 220 to get a maximum heart rate of 175. This is the average maximum number of times your heart should beat per minute during exercise.

Very little meat, no alcohol, no smoking, no swearing, no anger, lots of exercise.

Like monk or not?

Very little meat -
no alcohol - seldom drink alcohol, maybe half a glass once or twice a month
no smoking - never smoked in my entire life
no swearing - never swear in my entire life and
no anger - seldom angry, I did get angry when some people double parked and blocked my car
lots of exercise.

i had early stage fatty liver when i was 27 years old. basically i did nothing but change my habit to sleep earlier abit tongue.gif after 2 years free from  fatty liver.

during that time i was still a sport instructor, so every week i still teach and train during classes. diet wise nothing change tongue.gif probably because i'm high metabolism person, calories burn to ashes quite fast + i do sport. so no issue

as age catching up, i still take care of my diet intake.
*
Last year I always ate high carb food.

Red bean buns - very high carb + sugar
Coffee with sugar
3 in 1 coffee
Everyday bread, roti

This year totally changed my diet.
