Fatty Liver people come in

Fatty Liver can be reversed through diet and exercise. I have been diagnosed with fatty liver for the 3 years during my annual medical checkup. I started a low carb diet (avoiding bread, sugar, noodles, rice, etc) and home workouts 2 to 3 times a week from last year dec. This year's annual medical checkup says my fatty liver is no more Cholesterol and Triglycerides also improved a lot.

I tested no fatty liver. But abit 0.1 extra from normal level cholestrol.

thanks for sharing.. I'm diagnosed with fatty liver as well for a long time already ... need to cut down on carbs as you said. Recently just started to clamp down on carbs seriously. Hope I'm not too late
