i also got kena before but i memang holding my phone. the police summore take his hp out and show me the poster that say kena 1k if hold phone and this summon straight go court punya. then explain to me when im driving not in any time i should touch my phone at all. if need to answer or reply message need to stop by the roadside. but the police was very polite and tell me as budi bicara he let me go this time and don't ever do this again.

Ya la you are right. KNN now have to waste money to buy the webcamera just to prove my innocence. Also its going to waste my car battery only.

That's why just have kawan polis.

If people issue saman, fast fast go settle the compound. Some polis station abang will tell you if you let me settle for you, I can give you cheaper price. Then they sendiri take a bit of pocket money.

Sometimes RM300 compound they can reduce until RM70 or 80. I've even heard before reduce until RM50. The polis can reduce the compound until rm30. Then he himself take rm20. So end up you only fork out rm50.

If can live dashcam uploaded to a cloud storage somewhere.

Scare later suddenly dashcam memory card goes "missing".

That's the issue when rakyat is guilty before proven innocent. Meanwhile Najib...

betul kah macam bagus saja, then i collect saman pass police 300 reduce to 100, i charge 200, so police rm50 i rm50, everyone win win and go home safely happily

anyway that fren now sudah potong ic, whole family now living peacefully in Melbourne. another brain drain.

my last job got them come and kacau my workers.
2 foreigner, 1 from sarawak.
when they tak puas hati all permit are sah, they say the sawarak kid looks like hisap dadah.
so they put him in polis car, bawak jalan2, not arrested.
have to call boss come down and nego with them. after pay, suddenly all ok, job continue.

Anyway, what level of reduction you get depends on the abang polis punya mood. If you get 300 compound, expect to pay about 100-150 la.

That's why need to push for enforcement officer mandatory to wear body cam.

tort easier. criminal they can put under NFA.

if the woman can prove no reasonable ground to throw her the writ, then malicious prosecution?

I also kena once long time ago. I was using my phone while driving and the road was curving somemore. A traffic police ride next to me, knock on my window, and make the hp sign (asking me to put it away) and he rode off. Deep inside, I hope I have a chance to thank the policeman for giving me a chance. Terima kasih, Abang Polis.

Told u guys. Memang alot of police make mistakes. Still dont want to admit.
At the end of the day, rakyat is the one that suffer from all these mistakes.
