yeap the black ones.. i was deciding on whether getting the 05 or the pro, but settled for the pro as i read that it complements the 880 well.. now im lost with amplification... i just purchased a little dot mk1+ (shipped but not yet arrived) but im not sure if it can drive the dt990 pro properly.. any comments?

At the risk of sounding like a total newbie, Beyers aren't sold locally through any of the stores? Either official distributors or otherwise. Cause everyone seems to buy online.

He has all the beyers,Akg,Sen,Ultrasone,Denon and Audio Technica for testing
Jus ask nicely and u will get it

For yur portable amp, to drive beyers hmm they r bright cans and have thin soundstage compare to Sen
try the graham slee voyager,rsa, pico, corda move, diablo and rudistor xj-03
u can audit all of them in Jaben as well

i have yet to try the lambda sighhhhh....

tbh am seriously considering the corda move.. i could then just leave my ldmk1+ in the office and bring the corda move around with me.. am not going to sg anytime soon sadly.. got a trip to thailand mid december though.. hmmm
