its a good company for first job...u get a reasonably high starting salary and good training...having 1 year experience from scicom in your resume is good too...i started out there...

if experienced ppl go to work there?will get high pay?

I quit after 4 months working there

i think their salary is rather fixed...due to type of work...unless of course its higher positions like team lead or ops manager...

im still working in singtel project..
saw so many people leaving the company..
even one of the hot chick already leave the company..

Why you so concern about ppl leaving ? you should follow their foot step.

already got some that offer higher salary, but the shift are much worser, afraid wont tahan long..

See, ppl always complaint this company bad management here and there and found better offer job (which everyone will do) but than later found out location, workload, shift and etc even worse...

yup, thats wut im afraid off..

currently looking for job without shift, and weekend offday..

doesnt matter even salary dont differ much..

next monday i'll b start working at scicom cyberjaya
as technical support executive..
for what project..i stil duno yet..
2.5k without any allownace.shift between 5am to 10pm
..for a degree fresh grad it's stil acceptable..

anyone working at scicom cyberjaya can share experience with me?
can i learn alot there?wat can i learn?career advancement?

My experience working there, i had to agree i learn a lot but i saw the way they are treating the employees. Feel like a dog working there. They force you to leave if they dont like you (example if you're admitted in hospital) this happens to my friend. she was in hospital for 1 month. when she came back they force her to resign.
some get fired without any warning. they had to find a job asap if not they will be jobless. disregarding the fact that we work for SCIcom for years!
The rules are tighter n tighter every single day. i suffered n still regretting that i worked there and wasted several of my life.
No matter wat project its the same, bcoz it falls under the same management. Nokia, Singtel and Ncs.. IN CYBERJAYA I still cant commend coz i never worked there.
So ppl this is my advice, if you want to work in SCICOM think twice.
U can ask anyone from Scicom(KL) n they can tell u how "happy" they r !

Politics.. frustrated employees.. same routine.. answer calls.. customer service... high staff turnover..

good for fresh grad...

Just go for an interview as Network Engineer at this company (shif working hour).

Is a good start for me to get a good pay as fresh grad.

working under the F-Secure project as a Technical Support Agent for Scicom but based in Plaza Sentral in KL Sentral. The pay is not bad RM2750.

No pressure at work, virtually no calls at times. Better than most call centres..
