Those of us who pre-order online has priority over those who pre-order on the next day at Sony store. It's a simple chronological events.
Sony's BUSINESS DECISION to fulfill their walk in pre-order which happened later than the online pre-order, while delaying or even cancelling online pre-order is unlawful and breach basic consumer rights. We can bring Sony store manager to consumer tribunal. |
