some of the ps5 problem

Not trying to defend for Sony. But I believe some of them occured due to human error.

For example, for the issue of extended storage may shut down the console due to unknown reason. This one could be their mistake of plug in to the wrong port. According to PS5 Ultimate faq

The USB Type-A port in front of the console is designed for Dualsense wireless controller. Some user may not awared of it and they plugged their external HDD drive into it. The correct way is to plug in to the USB ports at the back of the console. Why? Do you notice the word "Super-Speed USB 10Gbps"? That's the term means ready for external drive. The USB Type-A port in front of the console got Hi-Speed USB only. So leave that for your controller.  As for the external SSD with usb-c cable, you can plug that into the USB Type-C® port (which is also Super-Speed USB 10Gbps) in front of the console.

And don't ask me why Sony designed it in that way. I have no idea. But since they mentioned this specifically in their FAQ, then we better just follow their instruction to avoid any unnecessary issues.

ps5 its their usb port alot problem,data transfer from ps4 and ps5 problem,power safe mode problem,hdmi issue problem(probaly some people not using the original cable),disc version install game suddenly the game auto deleted.

Does it apply to ps4 games as well, or is it only exclusive to ps5 games only? And ya. Those logo sequence is annoying. Some of them are even take longer to show up compared to game loading time. Lol.

since you mentioned AV receiver, I measured, if the PS5 put horizontal it will be same width with my yamaha AVR
