I don't mind they put me to 2nd batch or direct refund. I'm a bit disappointed as even the online store of Sony can't be trusted anymore.

As much as we feel very disappointed I don't think this warrants us to use profanity at them. Don't get me wrong,  I understand the frustration but these kind of situations do happen and we just have to accept it.

Yep agreed. They make the product themselves and they could have done something about it. My hunch is that there is just so severe shortage and maybe they do not have any unsold units lying anywhere to reallocate. At least they should give some discount or a free game and put them in batch 2.
