only less than 1 year, my m1 mba both palmrest area already start to have discoloration problem..my lousy plastic dell inspiron used 2years still dont develop the problem yet

I presume yours is a space grey/gold? Coz i think the silver doesn’t have such issue…the anodized space grey and gold on the MacBook tend to have rather obvious discoloration issue..

Anyone here using a tempered glass on their MBA? am thinking of getting one, but am afraid of the being unable to close the lid or damaging the keyboard.

Yes can, I use that same cable for my USB-C monitor.

I check in activity monitor, my microsoft office is "Apple" version, no Intel. I think you need to check for updates for your MS office.

Are you clumsy?

If no, Then its best not to get one. Its not like a phone where you can apply SP on it. Chances are you're gonna damage the actual screen than protecting it.

It's blazing fast, feels like using a high-end desktop pc but on a laptop. When coding normally this laptop is not even hot, unless during compiling large projects.

Yea most likely will follow the notch from the recent macbook pros...just hope it's not in white followed by white keyboards lol.. not a fan of that..
