Then might as well dont go pump petrol then. I remember seeing signs saying "this pump station is sanitized regularly", so why make a Catch-22 rule???????

Someone told me that they know of people who have been fined while dining at a restaurant. Their offense was that they only checked in using the app without writing their name down in the book. First time I've heard this. But if true, seems like even till now the SOP's aren't fully consistent.

Make everyone walk to the shop area to scan the code is counterproductive. More people in a smaller area

I've always put a tissue paper on my palm, then only reach for the pump. Careful not to touch any part bare. Once done tissue thrown.

I can't accept stuff from the pump on my steering wheel.

Every gas pump must have its own individual log book for customers to fill up respectively.

Not 1 centralized log book !

Although one has scanned, one must still take his or her temperature and record it manually. Failure to do so, confirmed kena one.
