If you have a passenger in the car, does he/she need to scan and measure body temperature too?

Haha. Got 1 time my 2 years old boy denied entry into supermarket because don’t wore mask as they followed local council instructions. The plain clothes officer booked someone at the restaurant I go to buy my father-in-law's food. So now the owners of the restaurant tells all their customers to do so but still there will be some who refused to follow their advices. There was this man who played Iron-Man at the termometer despite the onwer telling him not to do so and even with me adding that there are now hidden plain clothes officer, still damn stubborn. Tak pe lah, dia punya money dia suka la mahu contribute to PN.

Not that I'm trying to dispute the law, but I've nobody has ever told me to write in the book after scanning using the app. If this is truly is the proper SOP, I think 99% of people don't fully comply.
