Well this is stupid. I use phone scan, police see me, saman me for using phone.

But when I dont use phone scan, police check me, I kena saman also.

Then might as well dont go pump petrol then. I remember seeing signs saying "this pump station is sanitized regularly", so why make a Catch-22 rule???????
