Frieza is such a lame villain
Guys like Cell & Buu were much formidable foes. Heck, movie villains like Broly, Janemba & Hirudergarn would blow frieza outta water.. Btw, just came across my mind that our very own Malaysian Speedy Dub used to give ridiculous name to dbz characters Super Saiyan becomes "the Saiyaa peeople" Janemba becomes Big Head Cooler, frieza's bro gets named Kuralla Just lol when you think how much regular dbz fans troll the Speedy Dub in Youtube comment sections, dbzf and even in Kanzenshuu...rofl |

He actually commented some years back that it's a good side story to his original work. But I do have this feeling that he's trying to dilute the connection of his work with GT with the new films, oh well... Nope. GT was in fact soo bad it was cancelled & Toriyama's comment is invalid considering how he appreciated even DB.Evolution.
TOEI's not even bothered about Gohan I guess. Buu Saga showed him in his Base/Ultimate form, while GT screwed him by undoing this & turn him to SS. Then, BOG script-writer said GT's version of Gohan was incorrect & made him Ultimate again Now, ROF trailer shows him becoming SS again |
