How many times pogba loses the ball
And his passes are not only too strong..not accurate and brainless
*
if pogba cant even pass , whats the point playing first team. near the end he lost the ball and luckily got bailly clear it quickly. otherwise wolves get free goal. not the first time he lose the ball in very dangerous area and he still doing the same mistakes over and over again. he just doesnt learn.

But still wonder did the ref check with VAR for cavani goal
It should be penalty instead of offside?
*
the ball landed on that dude hand in natural position, didnt block the shot, and cavani still in offside position if the ball goes through. no penalty

Since the ball hit the defender, it is no longer offside?

"Accidental’ handball by an attacking player (or team-mate) is only penalised if it occurs ‘immediately’ before a goal or clear goal-scoring opportunity."

they changed it to more lenient.. as in lindelof case shud not be a penalty

I think i remembered that rule during SAF era when ferdinand and vidic was our defender. But i think the rule changed somewhere along the way, because i think now if u play the ball and your teammate is offset during the play, any deflection on opponent doesn't count as a "touch".

Similarly, if u play the ball while your teammate is not offside, and a touch from opponent happened like 2s later where ur teammate is now offside, it doesnt count as an offside too.

Correct me if im wrong though. I dont follow the news about rule change, i just so happen to realize it along the games.

*didnt even know that CL allowed 5 subs too until i saw Ole did it in one of the group stage games too confused.gif

Did the ball hit MU player arm?
*
QUOTE
The hand/arm is clearly away from the body and outside the "body line".
The player clearly leans into the path of the ball.
The ball travels some distance.
The ball touches a hand/arm that is clearly raised above the shoulder.
The player falls and the hand/arm is extended laterally or vertically away from the body.
A deflection clearly makes no difference to the ball touching a hand/arm that is clearly extended away from the body and/or above the shoulder.
Immediately after touching the ball with the arm, even accidentally, the player scores a goal or creates a goal-scoring opportunity.

So should a penalty be given every time the ball hits a player's hand in the area?
No. The exceptions are if the ball hits a player's arm directly from the player's own head or body and if a player is falling and their arm is between themselves and the ground for support. There is also room for interpretation as to what makes a player's body 'unnaturally bigger'.

So, if a player has his arms by their side when the ball hits their hand/arm, they may not automatically concede a penalty.

end copy paste.

the point is, the ball to hand situation doesnt block a goal or scoring opportunity and hands below arm and in natural position, doesnt consider a penalty

Pogba really clueless in 1st half and in 2nd half after Martial came in all of sudden his brain working

Bruno awesome as always tho this game is kind drop a bit for his standard. His long passing skill remind me Paul Scholes

Rashford really work hard and paid off.

Im happy United get 3 points rclxms.gif icon_idea.gif

Only managed to catch the last 10 mins
How is Cavani holding for full 90 mins?
*
run every minute to get the ball
doesnt get many direct chances because midfield doesnt functioning properly. not enough pass to him
one chance he get he a bit rush in front of the goal. he aim inaccurately/weak shot otherwise easy goal for him.
sometimes i think he confused his teammates whether he wants to run inside or close to the post because he constantly moving left/right.
i dont think he can do much when his teammates not giving him the ball even when he running between defenders.

It is not easy to play number 9 for United when there is no ball delivered to striker

Many critics to Martial when he plays number 9 position and now Cavani with such credibility looks so bad on number 9 position

Cavani can't do much when Pogba always made mistake and not deliver the ball as he should do

Pogba caught off position no desire to play except when Martial came in he started to play
