Guys u noe wher to RMA Linksys products?

y not send it back to where u bought it? there a few disti in malaysia actually

coz i lost my warranty card ler.. & moreover if i send it myself.. much more faster than they send for me.. heheh

i see. coz if u send to the wrong disti, they won't accept also. wasting time in a way. try ingram micro (same area as Honda service center in Seksyen13), MCL(USJ, find add on the net). BTW, when u bought it?

too bad is last year... MCL also can ?

if last yr, MCL canot. they just become linksys disti last mth if not mistaken. ingram, planet(glenmarie) and there's another 1(i forgot la). let me think 1st. bought fr LYP?

Hello guys and milky, where do u RMA your linksys product ? I lost my receipt ! I contacted the live help for linksys, they already file a report for me. But when i ask them where is the nearest RMA centre, they said dun have.. oh no.. they told me to go back to the shop where u bought the product, i also not sure where i bought it ! Anybody kind enuf 2 share their xp ?? Thanks a mil !

I just make a call to Linksys regarding RMA.

For all Linksys RMA,
Please call Linksys Hotline

talk to them 45min. file a report.
once done, print the report and bring along your receipt and your device go to shop get 1to1 immediately.

*u need a receipts for RMA and go back to the shop u bought.
