WD hard drive comes with 3 years warranty if we were to purchase from stores directly. But the hdd that I have problem with was purchased with HP, their laptop. And according to HP, the hdd now has a warranty of only 1 year. This is not fair. WD also refused to assist. Push me to HP.

I sent to Kingston once for a very old ram and need to pay RM7 or RM8 charge. After a month they return me a new stick. I did it in Lowyat. Forgotten details, it was like 3 years ago.

Yes, I claim my kingston ram that way, because it is lifetime warranty. Just need to pay rm7 / 8 for service charge.
