wanna ask... how can I start the process of claiming the money?

I click Pengesahan Dokumen, or Kuiri Dokumen, or any of the colored buttons, it just brings me to the Senarai Permohonan page

Yes, I searched already.

But yesterday I could only see a Cetak button. Now there is a 'Teruskan dengan permohonan' button.
They disabled the second button during maintenance

Need advice

A few months ago, I tried to claim back my money from egumis. The application was rejected, because it said I didn't submit a statement from the bank.

Now I got the statement from the bank that I was the co-owner of the bank. But when I login to the egumis portal, I couldn't find a way to upload the document.

Do I need to click the Hapus button of the previous application, and start all over again?

Need help on this...
I login to the egumis portal, go to Borang Permohan -> Muatnaik Dokumen

But there is no button for me to upload document.
Also can't click the Seterusnya button...
So how

Indeed you are right. After adding the receiver I could proceed to upload documents.

But then owner and receiver can't be the same person?
I upload my copy of IC for both owner and receiver section, but it says 'name fail telah wujud'. I have to change the file name to circumvent this error message.
