my application shows that it is completed on the egumis website on the 14/2 but the funds are not in my bank account yet. Any idea why its not in the account yet?

anyone here waited longer than 2 months to get the claim approval and money? submitted 3 claims (my parents and mine) in mid December, I have got the money for my claim. there is no response for my parents' claims yet (portal status is still showing as new application, no query)  went to JANM (Sabah office) this morning, they suggested to wait 1 more month and do manual application if there is still no response  Twins10 liked this post

Submitted claim and they ask for proof for my terminated Maxis deposit, it's been more than 10nyrs, mana mau Cari Telco bill. Any idea on how to settle is highly appreciated
