anyone here waited longer than 2 months to get the claim approval and money?

submitted 3 claims (my parents and mine) in mid December, I have got the money for my claim.
there is no response for my parents' claims yet (portal status is still showing as new application, no query)

went to JANM (Sabah office) this morning, they suggested to wait 1 more month and do manual application if there is still no response

not sure if anyone has mentioned this

for those who are checking for their elder family members, please search by their old IC number too, it is not linked to the new ic number in the portal
