tq TS, got quite a sum from previous insurance.

Emailed on 3rd November, banked in on 20th November.

Didn't get any respond or reply when emailed, suddenly already banked in.

Amount if more than 2k (for a single transaction), need to get "verification letter" from bank.

I'd suggest for those "single amount" more than RM2000, try to do the refund by visit Jabatan akauntan negara Malaysia office. They will issue you "a letter" for you to get verification letter from bank.

You claim how many millions ah?

1 ~ 3 months times.  some got it back less than a month.
