Saving account bank statement? Jz need give the header with name and account no can?

I would prefer to create a new e-gumis to minimize their query.

Mine is a Maybank current account.

I download the latest statement from Maybank2U (in PDF format).

I am not sure how to submit a savings account particulars. Sorry.

Ive received my money as well after 2 weeks upon submission. It stated as wang tidak dituntut in my bank statement. Good luck guys and thanks TS, may u receive good karma!

I check for my father and then make the claim and submit all document include IC and other within 14 days on 15 Aug.
Until now still no answer, no reply at all.
At Sep, Oct, I still email to their email to ask and use their contact form to ask about it. None of that got any reply to me.

So I have to redo all the thing again?
Generate the file, resubmit again then fill the title with the code and so on?

Dunno what happen on their side. Totally no answer at all. Suppose when I submit something, they should at least got simple reply that they had received it but all none at all.

My emails also no reply, so unprofessional. 😡

I think from the feedback here, they will NEVER EVER reply to any of your emails. Btw, AFAIK, you will not get a respond after you email them the attachments. Wait for 1 to 1.5 months for money to bank in. That's all.

Don't resubmit. It will only make matters complicated. if you don't get money after 2 months. I suggest you go down to their office with a print out of your submission record.

Got a response after exactly 1 month, so what's 1,2 & 5? I thought the UMA was the one provided through email when first apply claim?

and what could number 5 be? I don't remember any document from Pos Malaysia?

Hi everyone, it finally went through. I received an email but when I clicked into documents cant see anything.

Beside ic, bank acc..anything else need to submit? Whats the uma7 form is it the one attached at the email stating hw much is owed? Appreciate the advse thanks!

Submitted on 28 Nov along with IC, UMA7 Form & Bank Statement (can get from online). I've also included additional document (just in case) from my insurance and college.

Received my money today.
