Finally got reply from eGumis.
Submitted on 12 Nov, today replied that my document is not complete and ask me to submit again with supported document. CODE Dear XXX, Your claim application has been received. Please be informed that your application could not be processed due to reasons listed in the Attached Query Letter. Please send the complete documents to this Department to enable the payment process. |
