I check for my father and then make the claim and submit all document include IC and other within 14 days on 15 Aug.
Until now still no answer, no reply at all.
At Sep, Oct, I still email to their email to ask and use their contact form to ask about it. None of that got any reply to me.

So I have to redo all the thing again?
Generate the file, resubmit again then fill the title with the code and so on?

Dunno what happen on their side. Totally no answer at all. Suppose when I submit something, they should at least got simple reply that they had received it but all none at all.
