less than 2000, each item need to fill up a form (dont ask me what form ya) and have stamp hasil rm10 plus sumpah maybe rm5.
eg:
Maxis RM10 -> Fill up form + Stamp Hasil RM10 + Sumpah RM5 => maybe not worth to claim. can consider give it to government liao.
Cimb RM500 -> Fill up form + Stamp Hasil RM10 + Sumpah RM5 => maybe worth to claim. Just Death cert, IC, document prove of relationship (husband wife, parent children), bank statement.

Earlier this year I went submit documents manually at their office. Office located at Menara Maybank. Got the money within 1 month. Not much, RM100 only.
Office at Menara Maybank had been relocate to UTC Pudu at mid October. The computer and phone system still in progress at that time. So, they direct me to go Putrajaya HQ. HQ office is above Affin Bank Putrajaya.QUOTE(la bella @ Oct 28 2020, 04:02 PM)
Claim jangan tak claim. Not sure whether there's expiry or not. Maybe after a certain period of time, if there's no claim, then it's considered donated to government.
at this moment there is no expired date. if future maybe. read this https://www.malaysiakini.com/news/539329
