Did some research on this area, found out that Putra Majestic that is located right in front of the development (closer to MRT) has bigger size of 1,100 sqft and is going for 350k-400k. I can avoid paying interest for 2-3 years if I buy this unit & plus it's not in a flood prone area. Why should I go for this rumawip ?
