Nothing particularly sensitive abt ur comment.

It is about the disregard of the information and the rules of the league, which shouldve been understood, and some comments about it is unnecesary.

It totally professional, nothing personal wutsoever. But even professionals are just human and furthermore when efforts are not properly utilised, it can result in disapointments and dispute.

Our league has rules, a comprehensive few first posts on this thread which is regularly updated, a website (soon), which contains important details or announcements.

Utilise them and abide....and appreciate. smile.gif

Yeap....only in sim the factor is reduced by a hundred fold...tongue.gif

I had subconcious driving (in simracing) few times. Its kinna hard. U cant say 'ok now i want to drive subconciously'. It just happened. And u CAN actually see the 'tunnel effect' and even in sim, its scary.

It is the ultimate bond between man and machine where the human input and mechanical output is seamless. Thus the usual line 'one with the machine'.

In simracing we are missing the G-factor....our body is not getting the sensation, even ure using a high-end Force Dynamics racing cockpit, nothing can substitute the real thing.

p/s : Check PCcrazy's siggy...smile.gif

satu soalan simple.. nape bile aku pusing abis (90 darjah) MOMO cepat2 die ade macam tersangkut. Susah nak recover kalau kereta nak spin.

'tunnel effect' tu dah kira pemanduan tahap dewa.

Was fun flying on Bahrain last night. I had totally forgotten the perfect lines and started laps at 1:45, shaved it down to 1:38 I think.
I really need to look at my Momo settings, seems like I can't feel my braking and lock the wheels too often. I installed an add-on that (Leo something) helps with feeling the wheels slipping and skipping

I also have totally forgotten about race strategy. The man's got some reading to do! smile.gif

Will lap again today.

Erm..i think u have ur ffb reversed effect...

If ure using realfeelffb, try to change ur maxsteeringforce to a negative value, say 1500 to -1500.

Added on October 8, 2007, 2:39 pmPenzman, most of us are using realfeelplugin ffb. It emulates the forces acting on the steering axle, means u can feel the brakes.

But it takes a little tweak to get to ur preferences and how it should feel for you.

Leo's ffb! never heard of it until just now! but i would to feel how the rear tyres emulated thru ffb!

I think the introduction of realfeel FFB makes driving the F1 car simply amazing. It gives you the right feel of the car consistently under braking, acceleration and bump. Such that the tweaking of the car becomes effective because the feedback is not a fake. But before you use one, the letdown is in the understanding department of this plugin. All the numbers scares the non-analytical minds away.

It's actually very simple indeed. If the FFB seems difficult to drive adjust the FFB to reverse effect. If you have a good wheel such as G25, Momo lessen the damping effect 11500 is such a good value to prevent delays to the motor. Anyone wish to try my FFB settings should PM me.

http://www.filefactory.com/file/673454/

To dload file below, please use flashget as a dload manager to avoid corrupted files. LYN has always been this way.

For those using momo, please change this line to whatever you set in the profiler :

Steering Wheel Range="550" // Degrees of rotation of in-game steering wheel

To newcomers pls PM me if you don't understand a thing.

Pitt kadang - kadang luahan rasa itulah yang paling menyakitkan orang lain. Bezanya luahan rasa kadangkala berbaur sentimen emosional. Sentimen rasional biasanya tidak dikaitkan dengan luahan rasa. Pitt, let's us all learn to be more human, you and me. Dare to take the challenge?

Some info for all,

Server clock is auto from the qualifying session to the race session, it will advance to the next session automatically, 15mins qualifying, 10 mins warmup followed by the race time.

When the race time begin, all drivers need to be on the starting grid within 30secs prior the formation lap, if u miss the formation lap or in other word fail to be on the starting grid, u have to start from the pit, wait until the pit exit light change from red to green, some tracks got bug, its always green light, keep checking this forum, someone has already alert it, if this situation happen, u have to use the logic, at the pit exit light, wait until everyone pass u, check your position in LCD, if u r in last position, then u r good to go to continue the race, or else = DQ

Better cutoff the engine if u have to start from the pit, engine can die due to overheating.

And if u r miscalculating the fuel, u can always topup it before entering the pit. Instruct the pitcrew to have more fuel on the pitstop, very easy.

Trying the RealFeel plugin.

.dll file goes into plugins folder.

What about realfeel's controller.ini file? Plugins folder as well?

Did not see it in instructions.

.ini goes to the main folder...together with rfactor.exe.

PCcrazy....aint it 240 for momo? sweat.gif

What redline said couldve been easily skipped and needless if everybody reads the rules well. Enquiries that comes after reading the rules are better than the ones that comes before even reading it.
