Hello, My mattress is 10+ years already. The middle part already sinking. I have a rounded posture (upper back and lower back), not so great back strength (moping the floor too long can cause backache, driving 5 hours etc). My body recently learned what is 'neutral spinal position' at the gym. It felt foreign as hell. Probably I am too used to being in a wrong body posture. So, I thought changing the mattress is one of the few first steps among other things. But I know nothing about mattress materials that is good for good spinal health/position: 10" Synthetic Latex https://shopee.com.my/*Factory-Promo*-Singl...8424.524210743810" Spring Matress https://shopee.com.my/(Premium-Edition)-Dr....3158.1942044119Got synthetic latex lah.....spring one....rebonded foam....memory foam No idea which one to go for.

B4 you decide on brands or types, visit a bedding expo and sleep on those displayed. Shortlist 3 and work from there. Rather than having a perceived mind from opinion of others as I believe everyone body adjust differently to mattress while sleeping. Once you shortlisted, tell us and we shall discuss. TS my family has this issues in the past and we changed most of our mattress to coconut fibre, problem solved. we have better postures now(workout & stretches helps) it does felt uncomfortable at first if you're not used to it but after a while you will love it. plus it helps to cool down your body temperature

Before anyone can recommend a mattress, we need to know how you sleep.
A back sleeper or side sleeper?
Each type of sleepers need different mattress firmness

i dont think you need to go to coconut fibre. they can be quite uncomfortable. i suggest buying a bed from one of the known brands that state it is for back-care. i bought a vono bed and its been great. it is harder in the middle of the bed than the top and bottom part so it gives support to your hips and comfort to your upper body and legs. the difference isnt obvious, you just feel supported properly.

if u want "best of both world" you can try getting a coconut fibre matress + a memory foam matress topper.
that way, you can have proper support while still have few level of comfort.
depending on your usage and the memory foam topper quality, it might not last too long (say 10 year) but this way, you can change just the topper as the coconut husk fibre mattress usually able to last very long..

+1 for coconut fibre mattress. You may feel it is a bit firm, but it does wonders for your back. Really makes a huge difference.
