The lock-screen bug is pretty annoying, hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Hope it can resolved by software update. I have to remove screen protector to use it smoothly.

Saw this workaround somewhere, but I don't have the phone to test myself personally. Hope this help a bit with you guys who still would like to use with casing and screen protector.

facing lock screen unresponsive issue. worst if wearing a mask and trying to tap on the passcode.

contacted and chat with Apple Support Chat, suggested 2 options
1. Perform a factory reset
2. Claim warranty

which both requires complete wipe out and re-setup again. prefer to wait for firmware upgrade in hope it will resolve the issue. ask the chat agent many times if this is a software or hardware issue, didn't get a direct answer.

Machines promised to deliver it by today , but guess what . DHL decided to not pick it up since their capacity is 'full'.

It failed pick up two days in a row. Requested to pick it up myself since mid valley is literally just a 20min drive but they wont allow it. 5 days and its still not shipped

I will never buy anything from machines ever again. Why can't they just let people collect it themselves when clearly you people can't deliver it in time.

My nephew’s iPhone 12 mini arrived yesterday late afternoon via UPS. Exactly on the date they promised they will deliver when I ordered the phone via the Apple Online Store. I think they were really swamped with orders as usually the shipping is not this slow

now they are not even replying my shopee message, very poor customer service, i will drop them low rating surely

if they have trouble with stocks, should just come out clean, not by lying to your customer who has already paid promising to ship but didnt

Since the 12 mini has lock screen issue, now im back to square 1 deciding normal 12 or 12 mini

I prefer the 12 mini size because im so done with big phone. using 7plus currently
