facing lock screen unresponsive issue. worst if wearing a mask and trying to tap on the passcode.
contacted and chat with Apple Support Chat, suggested 2 options
1. Perform a factory reset
2. Claim warranty
which both requires complete wipe out and re-setup again. prefer to wait for firmware upgrade in hope it will resolve the issue. ask the chat agent many times if this is a software or hardware issue, didn't get a direct answer.

iphone 12 mini battery health issue. I got it at launch last year Nov 2020, after 5 months of usage, the battery health is dropping fast lately. now left with 94%. contacted apple support, after diagnosis, hardware software all normal. i'm charging it at dinner time using apple 20w fast charger (from 50% to 100%) and charge it overnight using Nomad base station wireless charger 7.5w. anyone have similar issue?
