I just checked Machines website, can opt for same day delivery now for iPhone 12. Didn't check the other variants.

I did a walk in at Machines Sunway. Apparently only Mini models in stock. Managed to get the 128gb white model. Was recently at maxis mid valley. Long line to get iphones

So which one do get bro? 12 Mini or 12? To all mini user how the experience so far?

12 mini too small for gaming and batt capacity is quite low.

Machines is a joke, that's why I never buy from them, only bought my AW S4 from them and took some time before I found out I could self collect.

They didn't even email me, I had to call the HQ.

Theres a guide going around where to register only the top half of your face for face id for it to work with masks. Not sure if it will affect overall security but more convenient IMO

12 mini. Experience so far has been great. It's my first iPhone after using blackberries and Android for many years. The phone is really fast and it's nice having a small phone again. My thumbs can easily reach the top of the screen. As for battery life it's alright for me and not really an issue since I have a charger near me most of the time. As for the camera it's been taking pretty good pictures during day time. Need more time to test out the night mode.

Depends on your usage. If you are a heavy user (6 hours screen time or more in a day) then probably make sense to go for iPhone 12 instead of 12 Mini.

I think it is alright. Both eyes are still needed to be visible. I have tried and it works 90% of the time. Part of your nose needed to be visible.

I read last iphone 11 LTE & wifi speeds have issues

So far so good on the 12 Pro Max. No issues with WiFi or LTE so far.

Yups, only less than a week with the phone.. so still trying out all the features.

It’s not just a design issue, but previously Apple used Intel modems that are generally acknowledged to be inferior to Qualcomm ones. iPhone 12 now uses Qualcomm modems across board so that’s good.

S20FE is good but I’m not a fan of paying above RM3k for a phone with a plastic body. I noticed a few good deals for below RM3k now so maybe that’s a good deal. I can definitely vouch for Samsung phones using SD processors instead of Exynos ones. The choice is yours, of course

Yeah, so far so good on iOS 14 with them widgets and all, but I expect it to get better over time. Not that many third party widgets yet compared to Android.
