I asked the Digi CS the same thing. Then on hold for a few minutes and then "no". Looks like another time need to go out and switch the sim again.....XR to 11Pro then now 11Pro to 12Pro max.

Celcome service super slow during that hour. By the time I received the OTP, its already expired. And i checked Celcom FB page, so many people facing the same issue.

My experience with XR to 11Pro not really smooth.......was given blur look by all the Digi Store guys in Alamanda.......go round and round until their "iPhone expert" comes back. All in all about 30 minutes left hanging there. They did the switch then also emailed me the QR code. I wonder why they can't just email me a new QR if I do a request either online or through the phone. They got all my details already.

Maybe I'll just switch back to normal SIM card this time, very troublesome need to go to Digi Centre just to switch phone.

Though the phones can arrive earlier but I don't think they will deliver to you earlier than 13th. That's my opinion la. Let's see, I also hope Digi will deliver earlier.

It’s just a few hours different between us despite different date. Haha. I just want to collect on 13 Nov because my office is around there. So I do not need to drive purposely to collect it.
