Just a question, do we still need to walk in to store when we switching the esim from old phone to new? Digi guys haven't been helpful about this. Asked me to call Apple.

I asked the Digi CS the same thing. Then on hold for a few minutes and then "no". Looks like another time need to go out and switch the sim again.....XR to 11Pro then now 11Pro to 12Pro max.

My experience with XR to 11Pro not really smooth.......was given blur look by all the Digi Store guys in Alamanda.......go round and round until their "iPhone expert" comes back. All in all about 30 minutes left hanging there. They did the switch then also emailed me the QR code. I wonder why they can't just email me a new QR if I do a request either online or through the phone. They got all my details already.

Maybe I'll just switch back to normal SIM card this time, very troublesome need to go to Digi Centre just to switch phone.

I’ve been using esim since XR. Haven’t noticed any different. I am using esim because I am travelling overseas a lot and need a free sim slot to slot in local sim with local number but if change phone a lot will be a hassle coz need to keep on going to Digi centre. I’m changing back to physical sim coz I don’t think I’ll be travelling for the next 6 months and if need to travel I’ll be using the roaming data package that comes with the 120 package.
