digi has zero customer service

when i was with their postpaid for a month if i needed anything done id just message the celcom whatsapp number and ask them to get digi to call or email me

Anyone faced the issue of after free speed upgrade and it auto renew for another 24 months? As well as price increase as well.

They auto upgrade my plan to higher speed with higher pay and renew my contract without my knowing at all.
