I’m using digi fibre so far okay la. 100/month for 2 years. After that maybe 120/month or 130/month can’t recall. Because I’m digi postpaid user too. But sometimes I do feel like although Speedtest is showing 300Mbps it’s slow showing twitter posts but not fb. When I switch to mobile data twitter posts appear normally. I haven’t restart the router. Might restart tomorrow to check if the issue resolves. Other than twitter okay not bad.

Just want to check. currently on Unifi. Do I need to cancel unifi before going to Digi? Or can I port to dig directly?

Do not cancel Unifi but instead use switching method. First go and register for your desire Digi fibre package, inform the agent or Digi store that you switch from Unifi. After register they should give you a transfer ID. Go to TMpoint and submit transfer ID. Also you have to clear your Unifi outstanding bill, the simplest way is to pay for 1 month in advance.
TM will take about 10 days to approve the transfer, after that Digi will contact you for installation. So the whole process takes about 2 weeks to complete.

Just got digi fibre installed at my place in Terengganu today. First appointment they did not send installer, waited and wasted one whole day!. This time (second appointment) Installer from Kuantan came to Terengganu. It seems that there is no installer in Terengganu.

Anyway, I was given Zyxel router and using the previous Unifi modem. Any alternative router to the standard Zyxel one?

Thanks!

I suppose it should be the same. Go register your Unifi plan, tell them you are transferring from Digi. Submit transfer ID to Digi centre, pay penalty as instructed. After that just wait for Digi to release your line to TM for Unifi installation. Final pro-rated bill will be email to you after termination.
Note: I have never done switching within contract, but this should be a rough guide.

Any cons for those who have used digi fibre?

Just switch to digi from unifi last saturday. So far the speed is okay can reach max 500Mbps.

The line stability so far is okay. Ping or packet drop i dunno coz i'm not a gamer so i don't know how to check. Can torrent also eventho i not set any port forwarding.

Zyxel router i use less than 24 hours. Change to my old router Asus tuf ax3000.

they don't provide Public IP and wont entertain any request for it.

You may opt for maxis fibre, RM10 per month

or get it for free if subs to unifi 300Mbps and above

yeah, i'm already on M for many years, was thinking to switch over to Digi since they are now sharing the infra and Digi has the 6 mth free promotion for postpaid users .. but if there is no public ip then forget it.. tks for your reply.

Worse part is I received no update from Digi even after logging case more than 24 hours... what's wrong with their customer service
