same quality with their project in kluang taman seri impian.

dinding guna batu pasir, if you drill the wall, got chance the hole will get bigger over time.

foundation also not solid.

Back then it was cheap la single storey 130k-ish

Now 200k for single storey(subsale)

But depends on your luck la. Sometimes dapat, yang foundation teruk, tiles mendap & pecah.
