Although I've never purchased from matrix before I actually know the boss. Dato Lee. Very nice man. Heavy development in negeri 9. I almost bought from ijm instead. Ended up what also didn't buy as mco kicked in. keyibukeyi liked this post

Got offer price 418k for 2100+sqft buildup 2 stry terrace. Lucky I didnt buy cos read lowyat review first. Lots of issue and dev slow take action. Also liar salesmam said can reach kl in 30 min when new highway complete next year. Same story they said since 5 yrs ago but still no sign of the so called new highway till now nexona88, aizielectreon, and 3 others liked this post
