RMAF training centre has been there for few years. MVV is not cancelled. MVV will firstly benefit Nilai area but even property there does not appreciate. Most of RMAF personnel will stay in their own quaterz. Salary cannot afford to pay very high rental. The highway that most agents advertised is actually double lane road to KLIA.

Not really even in Nilai the terrace there is sold for rm500-700k due to the MVV hype

The MVV highway that was advertised will start from Nilai - Enstek - Sendayan and ends at KLIA

There is lot of earth movement during Bn days but seems almost not moving once Pakatan took over the gov

The Sendayan AirBase - not everyone especially the contractors can get quarters so i guess the buyers are betting on that

MVV is long term plan for more than 30 years. No need to go until Nilai for 500 to 700k unless you work around here. 500k is the price that i came across in nilai about 5 years ago.

Puchong, dengkil and salak tinggi can be the options for 500k to 700k landed property. You can find reputable developers at these towns. There are also housing project like Elmina and bandar bukit raja and many more in selangor. Agents dont advertised for developers that they dont represent.

Most of contractors will build their temporary facilities for their staff and workers. They also will find cheapest place for workers and sumbat as many as they can inside the house.

Yeah i finally bought in Denai Alam but i do enticed to buy in Nilai last year - Sime Darby project - as it closer to Cyberjaya and i can get bigger land there

just like how KLIA was supposed to be north KL, and jual all the thousands of apartment and houses at Bukit Beruntung and Lembah Beringin....
