What the youtuber said is correct though,  if yes bringing this case to court, both of them will lose money. It's gundam fan art. Gundam has its own copyright.

TS can ask him to pay or to remove the artwork from his channel or to collaborate as in creating more art work for his future channel. No need to burn other people ricebowl.

TS can still fix this by contacting the youtuber and undo the copyright strike.

To me its other picture, we all paint different picture
But at the end of the day, i support TS for strike, and maybe go for another strike for cyberbullying

For 2 months, my next door became airbnb. That Mat Salleh neighbour is the worst neighbour I ever had. Party till late night. He leave empty bottles and smelly trash outside his door. Actually I saw on reddit that TS was charging people for fanart / oc (up to 60). Just wondering if this is actually legal? Cause imagine if the youtuber fans decided to pick on this and send this along to representative companies.
