Actually, all of us are inwardly devilish or evil, eg we are prone to random thoughts of hate, anger, sexual lust, greed, selfishness, jealousy/envy, fears/worries, doubts, etc. Only difference between born-evil/devilish people is whether they are law-abiding or law-breaking wrt their deeds or actions, eg pedophilia, rape, murder, robbery, theft, cheating/scamming, perjury, defamation, criminal breach of trust, etc.

It is against Malaysian Law for a person to have childporn or adultporn files on his/her computer or phone. Private keys of CA are used to sign and issue website certificates. i.e. to endorse a particular organization certificate issued by the CA itself to prove the identity of the organization in relation to its public key and other infomation. Any browser who trusts the CA would then also trust the certificate of the website.
