Terrible Maxis fiber contractor - leaking roof, Need your opinion how to escalate

Guys,
On 15/9 1000am, Maxis contractor came to my house to install fiber. I did not want them to drill my wall, so i had to pay RM1++ to them to lay the fiber over the roof. I guess it was too much but that was not the issue.
Heavy rain at 1100pm and i found the roof area where they installed the cable was leaking badly. I called 123 to report the issue and they opened a case C24***** (because i forced her to open a case, you know what would happen if you didn't ask). As usual they promised to do that do this and call back.
They did not call back until 16/9 0400pm, i know today is a public holiday but my roof has been leaking badly, i mean real bad. I called 123 again at 0410pm, they said no update. Come on guys, it is not latency or packet loss issie where i can wait. The water would damage the ceiling duh!
Later at 0430pm i reported in Maxis chat, you know how they would reply. No output.
Do you guys happen to know how can i get this escalated to higher management of Maxis?

go get a bangla/indon contact and close the case. by the time maxis resolve your issue, i dont think you'll have any roof left to care of.

This is a non standard case la, their customer service is trained to handle internet technical n billing issue not your roof leaking due to fiber installation. Get someone to repair the leak first n get official receipt to try claim from maxis.

Yeah, I have the same thought. The thing is, why can't they call back the contractor to fix the issue? I made the report to ask them to do so. I don't have his no or i prefer to call by myself.

You could escalate this case to MCMC for further action.Or try call 123 and request for the contractor number.

I just reported to MCMC. I wonder if i fix the roof myself, can it be claimed from Maxis?

Updated: Finally, they came to my house to fix the roof ONLY after I reported to MCMC.
To summarize, Maxis doesn't care about their customer's right and they will never until you escalate to MCMC.

Yup, this is what i do now, i force than open report, mark down and record conversations (google remove this function but my huawei still work), than report to MCMC.

Once open case with MCMC, terus approve port out.

Technically, Unifi installer screw your roof.
