Guys,
On 15/9 1000am, Maxis contractor came to my house to install fiber. I did not want them to drill my wall, so i had to pay RM1++ to them to lay the fiber over the roof. I guess it was too much but that was not the issue.
Heavy rain at 1100pm and i found the roof area where they installed the cable was leaking badly. I called 123 to report the issue and they opened a case C24***** (because i forced her to open a case, you know what would happen if you didn't ask). As usual they promised to do that do this and call back.
They did not call back until 16/9 0400pm, i know today is a public holiday but my roof has been leaking badly, i mean real bad. I called 123 again at 0410pm, they said no update. Come on guys, it is not latency or packet loss issie where i can wait. The water would damage the ceiling duh!
Later at 0430pm i reported in Maxis chat, you know how they would reply. No output.
Do you guys happen to know how can i get this escalated to higher management of Maxis?
