Anyone has issues with their series 6 watch?

Just bought less than a week, the screen failed. The backlight or something failed, u can see some image under direct light, and the screen display half image only. Another half only got lines. Attached screenshot since can't upload video.

Machines service centre closed until further notice. I'm not sure if this warrants a 1 to 1 exchange.

Try calling Apple Care to get assistance

Suggest you to contact Apple online support directly. Do a live chat with them, get them to file the report so that when SC reopens, you just bring in your watch without having to explain again.

did u try to let the battery drain till empty, charge it and see if it does any good?

At this time it worked again but I am not taking any chances.

As long as they can replicate the issue, they'll replace it 1 to 1 assuming it was damaged due to external factors.

They hardly ever swap out parts on The AW. Mine had a battery issues and I was given a new replacement after 5 days.

Also try contacting apple support, they'll probably tell you to post it.

For those who use their Apple Watch during workout/exercise, how do you all deal with a case and then all the sweat will seep in and probably stuck there?

For me I always remove the case and clean after each workout, but kinda inconvenient and a lot of work.

What do you all do?

usually I just run it trough the pipe with the water lock on then wipe off the water. seldom open casing etc. cuz its a daily thing

Arent you scared that the sweat will be inside the case? I don't want to remove my case one day to find the colors of the watch got corroded because of all the sweat stuck inside.

Haha.. almost 2-3 months didnt open it. I'm using rhinoshield for both ip6. hope ok lar.

My old Series 1 was badly damaged by dirt and maybe moisture from the spigen casing last time. Now for my series 6 no longer wear any casing.

How? Even with the casing? Cause it’s all stuck inside is it?

guys, im fairly newly owned apple watch 6 cellular. my questions:

1. i use hydrogel screen protector with spigen thin fit. unfortunately the spigen case seems to push the screen protector from the screen and the edges does not look nice. can u suggest good combination of screen protector and case?
2. I'm planning to use the cellular on the watch. currently using celcom on my iPhone. can I use the same number for both device? which package of celcom can be use?
