Anyone has issues with their series 6 watch?

Just bought less than a week, the screen failed. The backlight or something failed, u can see some image under direct light, and the screen display half image only. Another half only got lines. Attached screenshot since can't upload video.

Machines service centre closed until further notice. I'm not sure if this warrants a 1 to 1 exchange.
