Ahhhh, after having to collect back my phone the dim light on the phone no longer work as it used to. Like usually when I press a key on locked mode the keypad will illuminate dimly. But now there's no illumination on locked mode.

I think it's the updated firmware, anyone can tell me?

anyone know what is the meaning of a msg in ur inbox which represented by a koyak envelope?

juz now i sms my fren.. after 2 minutes, i receive a sms from her.. but the sms icon is an "koyak" envelope.. normally after we read a sms, the icon is an open envelope right...

what most weirdo is that sms is start with text "Fxxx him", then cont with the msg that i juz sent to her...

weird...

it means a truncated messages if i'm not mistaken

I think it means only part of the message got to you. I get this sometimes, whether or not the sms is long

My phone is full of scratch now after a year of using, and the joystick is showing symptom of dying. Anyone know how much will it cost to change the full housing + joystick of K800i? roughly? Thanks in advance

Oh sorry, din't notice that. By the way, my phone is giving me some problem, some of the keys is not functioning well anymore. What I mean is it is not as sensitive as usual, I had to hard press the key to key in. Anyone know what could be the problem? Keypad? Or worst the internal part?

the time for modding ur keypad light i guess..

suggesting that u convert it k810 first..then play with the acoustic,camdriver, display driver..after that change ur menu icon and then time for patching!

already done all including PSP interface and font,with lighteffect..also change a new housing...

but when it come to patching,i made my phone dead twice..really dont find any complete tutorial to do the quick access patch yet..can guide me? from using QAmaker till bypass the db2020 security? didnt make any success yet..

wow long time not post in here..btw now i get some prob..no idea izit the phone k800 or maxis line..b4 this use the prepaid i can talk more than 30minutes without prob..now change to postpaid..sometime 2minutes already..tuut tuttt..then sudah putus lo...call again...5 minutes..sometimes..30 minutes..haihs..

already change the sim..already ask maxis to reset the line location..but still happened..if line..my friend can work ok ..hmm? any idea? btw im use the silicon case..i tried not use..can gayut long time pulak..err..izit effect the network? lol..

i live in outskirts area..when i use silicon case,my reception was very bad..so hav 2 remove it..then only use crystal case

worgh..so the silicon case effect meh? but when im going to Perak my hometown..no prob..thats why still confused..

been using my k800i for more than a year. and lately, my phone had been dying on me pretty often. like i was listening to mp3 then suddenly it just went dead. the most serious was yesterday when it went dead for bout 6-7 times.

any idea why it's like that?

I don't think this is the issue as I'm still receiving excellent reception regardless if I'm using the crystal case or the silicon cover.
