I noticed that the phone tends to get very slow if there is alot of chines character on the page. Is it normal, or I can get rid of it by upgrading firmware perhaps?

My phone is full of scratch now after a year of using, and the joystick is showing symptom of dying. Anyone know how much will it cost to change the full housing + joystick of K800i? roughly? Thanks in advance

Oh sorry, din't notice that. By the way, my phone is giving me some problem, some of the keys is not functioning well anymore. What I mean is it is not as sensitive as usual, I had to hard press the key to key in. Anyone know what could be the problem? Keypad? Or worst the internal part?
