yep, damn annoying

one way is hover-mouse over the specific card (bar appear at the bottom for this particular card). Move the mouse away to the RIGHT (same horizontal "row", dont move away elsewhere like top or bottom), the respective bar will still at the bottom.

receiving a call doesnt mean it is approved automatically; although rejection would already been informed you during this call anyway.

after the staff processed it, sms is sent by the system, then affin initiate fund transfer to your recipient bank(s).

try wait till evening if you receive the sms. if not, call back affin for the status.

it's not about card activation.

it's about whether they pre-register one of the card for online banking registration.

1) did you use the same card number (pre-registered) for onlime banking registration?

2) if still cannot, ask them again.

3) I'm not new to affin. I already have online banking prior to Duo. my other principal applied Duo, pre-registration done by branch staff when collecting card. both cards activated. no issue register online banking.

yes

use one card to pre-register. ensure they do it immediately, else troublesome to go back again

then use the same card to register online banking access.
