receiving a call doesnt mean it is approved automatically; although rejection would already been informed you during this call anyway.

after the staff processed it, sms is sent by the system, then affin initiate fund transfer to your recipient bank(s).

try wait till evening if you receive the sms. if not, call back affin for the status.

pre-register internet banking only

they will pre-register one card

then you use that card to register yourself for the interent banking

the other card already rebated for the SST

have you pre-registered at the branch before create online banking yourself?

it's not about card activation.

it's about whether they pre-register one of the card for online banking registration.

1) did you use the same card number (pre-registered) for onlime banking registration?

2) if still cannot, ask them again.

3) I'm not new to affin. I already have online banking prior to Duo. my other principal applied Duo, pre-registration done by branch staff when collecting card. both cards activated. no issue register online banking.

only can cancel both cards.
