VS no longer exists. Now replaced with Duo+.

I regretted I cancelled my VS last year and not able to get it back now.

What’s the easiest way for an existing card holder to add Duo+? Do I need to apply like new cardholders? I didn’t realize this new combo until recently. Talking about my CC knowledge these days.

I contacted the previous agent with who I dealt in 2020 but she had left Affin and got another person to contact me. She was the one who gave me this new form that I shared earlier.

You cannot run away from SST.

But you have the card and Duo is a combo card, it needs to work as a pair.

SST is coming to you. Many have experienced it. We also got ours in Sept 2020.

Applied Duo+ (additional cards) two weeks ago and forgot to follow up until today, they have been approved. Sad thing is need to cough out RM 50 for SST.

I filled in the form which I shared earlier and sent to an agent. The previous agent I applied Duo with had left Affin, so she recommended another person for me.

Some time back until I also forgot about it. Actually it was already approved a few days ago but only received SMS this morning.
I checked back my record, I sent on 11th Oct and the agent helped me to submit on that day or the following day. I followed up with her on 12th, she told me already submitted.

I got my Duo+ cards yesterday, and I recall I asked to deliver them to the address as per my IC, but suddenly, they were sent to my office. Luckily I am around in the office this week to settle some stuff. Otherwise, I don't know when only I will collect these cards.

Some tips, if you call to activate your card or change your PIN, you must use your registered mobile no. to contact. Otherwise, it will not be successful.

I only activated Visa Duo+; let's see what happens to the MC Duo+.

I haven't started using my Duo+ actually, then I saw this comment.
May I know how does this work? So, if I paywave twice today and tomorrow once, subsequently after that it needs to reset via PIN? Or it is reset on daily basis?
