You only need to call them to reactivate your account. I had the same issue earlier and solved via call. Whether the new app still works like the old app, it’s still too early to tell. FYI, previously you need to login often via its desktop page not the app.

Is anyone else having issue logging in to the AffinAlwaysX app on iOS? It asks me to update to the latest version of app but I’m already on the latest version 1.0.7. Because of this error, I’m not able to login via the app. Absolutely annoying.

It works now. Maybe midnight it was not working but please at least don’t mislead and ask to use the latest version app. Just mention it’s under maintenance or something.

I also don't want to convert this time.
