Until this week I ask the agent again, the agent said approved on 20 Nov, pending the card send to branch. It has been 2 weeks now and I did not get any phone call or SMS regarding this, is this normal? Such slow process. call back check exactly where it is: 1) not yet sent? 2) in transit to branch? 3) at branch already? which branch? get their number and call.

Just called customer service and she said my statement date is 14th. to avoid late payment charge, always pay on/before payment due date (as stated in the statement). to be safe, make your transaction on 14th. it will flow to next statement (14 Jan), whereby payment due date would be 3 Feb (assuming you earned the interest-free period).
